The tackle today was both big and small at the same time. I straightened the house, made a sign with my daughter, and waited up for my husband to come home after a week-long trip to Canada. And I resolved not to complain about if he had to go into work early or stay late, even though he’d been gone. Small tasks in and of themselves, but they will go a long way in welcoming him home!
This particular tackle fits in well with our theme for the week. We don’t have to do big things to be good stewards of the “right here.” In fact, sometimes the right here may be a short period of time (not an indefinite, where-I-am-in-life kind of place.)
What little things can you do to be a good steward of today or just this week?
